This is part of a string of singles from Gackt, in celebration of is solo career reaching its 10 year mark. The song is My Father's Day written for, Ogata Ken, for whom Gackt regarded to be a father figure to him. For those who don't know Gackt and his biological father never really had a close relationship, and Ogata, filled in that void for Gackt.

Just like Gackt's tribute to Kami san [my you rest in peace], this upbeat song contains very heartfelt and sincere meanings. About no being able to say goodbye to the person who you looked up to but remembering that it is more of a tribute to continue living life to its fullest then to just mourn with no growth in life.

It makes me wonder about my father.. does he realize how much he has hurt us?
